Product Overview
-The High Side Tickler 2.0 is our 2023 1/10th Scale Midwest Modified body. We took the aero designs of the original Tickler and updated the shape to be easier to mount and fully cover the rear wheels. In doing this we widened the deck width, and by doing that we added 9 square inches of panel on top of the deck. We have also now included a "roll cage" that is required by rules if you wish to cut the windows out. **NOTE** Leaving the widows in (Pictured) will provide more steering all around the track, while cutting them out will tighten up the car and let more air across the deck.
-This body utilizes the realistic shapes, curves, and aerodynamic advantages that you will see on the track at top modified races across the country. The air travels from the sloped nose, to the flat deck, and on back to the built in spoiler to give you the most down force without creating excess drag. This body requires between 8 and 10 fasteners and weighs about half as much as traditional fabricated "multiple piece" bodies. This is especially beneficial in spec classes where you are limited on power.
-The "Tickler" is a 3 piece, vacuum formed modified for 1/10th scale buggies and purpose built chassis. The body has easy to follow cut lines and dimples for mounting properly and legally per DODC rules. Instructions are included with tips for trimming and mounting. The deck and hood can be easily attached to make this a one piece body if you choose. The rear of the body has a built in brace on the right side for strength and durability when you are Tickling the High Side! Two additional braces are included to be added where and if you wish.
