-Lowering kit for Custom Works chassis and chassis that use Custom Works suspension mounts.
-USA made 3mm thick carbon fiber parts allow you to bring your ride height down while maintaining the desired standard geometry of the suspension. This is especially useful on higher grip tracks to limit suspension travel and chassis roll.
-All necessary hardware needed to install is included. Two ball stud washers (not pictured) for your outer steering link on your ackerman plate will be used to lower the ball stock to maintain the correct bump-steer.
**Directions** -Remove 5/16” screws holding front kick ups to the chassis. Place one carbon fiber block under each kickup and reinstall to chassis using 7/16” screws. NOTE: the 2 front blocks are the only ones in the kit that are direction specific. The hole that is the closest to the end of the block goes to the rear of the chassis.
-Remove 1/2” screws holding the rear toe blocks to the chassis. Slide slotted carbon block in from the outside edge of chassis and reinstall with 5/8” screws.
-Remove 5/16” screws holding the transmission and rear tower aluminum block to the chassis. Place the carbon block with the M under the transmission and the other under the tower block. Reinstall with 1/2” screws.
